Hello there and welcome to my new webpage! This is my very first webpage and I am excited to see where it will lead in the future.
My name is Jimmy and I’m a 30 year old freelance photographer who loves anything that has to do with being outdoors. One of my favorites, as you can see from the picture above, is sun baking on top of a mountain, gazing out over the beautiful scenery, breathing in the fresh air and quietly meditating on how beautiful creation is. Some of my other interests include traveling, creative writing, helping others and of course, photography.
I am originally from the state of Colorado in the United States. I spent most of my life there as a child and young adult. My current residence is in Southern Germany. Time has flown by as I’ve been here for almost a year and enjoying every minute of it, experiencing a new and different culture. Europe is home to many diverse cultures and there are beautiful places to discover. I’m always looking for my next adventure. So far, my travels have brought me to eleven different countries within Europe, the Middle East, North and Central America and I am hoping to experience many more. I spent three wonderful years in Israel having the opportunity to volunteer with a special needs college and also took part in a rare five month ambassadorship program to learn more about the country of Israel.
I also have a passion for the truth written in the Bible and participate in ministry work for my congregation, creating materials and activities for congregational members (mostly children). I currently manage a non-profit website (www.hiswondrousworks.com), where everything is free to download, so please check it out if you share in this similar passion.
My goal for this website right now, is to share pictures of my past experiences and give either a short story behind the photo or some kind of visual description to help the viewer experience a brief moment captured in time.
This is a little story of my background and I hope you will enjoy this experience with me as I grow and expand this website!
As they say in Israel “Shalom.”
